Yes. While we do have some instruments, they are limited and on a first come first serve basis. In order to avoid instrument shortages, it is highly recommended that you provide your own.

We do  ask that participants at least be in high school or higher; however, with parental consent we do allow younger members to participate. High schoolers and under must pass our audition BEFORE participating.

Practice schedule for the 2024 season will be updated closer to May.

The membership fees, or band dues, cover paraphernalia and travel for the entire season. For the 2024 year, dues will be $60. *NOTICE: Shirts and travel are prioritized for performing members.*

Please be sure to include your Full Name and Instrument when paying digitally. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE PAYING DUES.

No. As stated in the membership form you are required to fill out before participating; membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are able to commit before paying.

While we do accept member arrangements, we have staff writing the bulk of the music. Here are the prerequisites to have your arrangement considered for being played:

• MUST HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE SEASON WITH US
• Submissions must be made before March 1st
• Must email us the audio AND PDF (or finale/musecore file) *If we cannot see and hear it, your arrangement will be disregarded.

If your arrangements are not chosen, do not be discouraged, we receive many arrangement submissions yearly and simply cannot play them all.

The registration link  is posted on April 2nd and is removed in June of every year.
